Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round included two 1:1s with 40 mins of casing and ~10-15 minutes of behavioral questions. No big curveballs. Got the email about scheduling superday a week later. Superday included four 1:1s, each with a case of varying amounts of detail. Generally it seemed like the higher up the staff member interviewing, the more conceptual the case. Like the first one, each interview included a behavioral portion. Three of the cases were of a normal difficulty, and one required some decently specialized finance knowledge or really quick thinking. There was also a 2:1 "employee chat" that was pretty relaxed. Process was remote for 2022 summer analyst candidates
