Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two interviews, 30-minutes each. Led by one analyst and a shadow interviewer who observed and took notes each. First ten minutes are behavioral, next 20 minutes are a case that the analyst worked on but is tweaked to be easier and see how you would approach it. At 30 minute mark, a new analyst and shadow interviewer take over and repeat the process. Have room for one question at end of each interview.
