After passing that I interviewed over zoom with a director, again half personals and half technicals. I did poorly on his technicals and they still hired me.

First round interview consisted of three 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews with two junior levels employees and one senior. The first round were a mix of behavioral and market based questions. Market based questions were fairly simple - just wanted to see if you were keeping up with the markets and had opinions on the direction of the market. Next round was the Superday, where it was around 7 1 on 1 interviews all with the heads of groups in the division. Additionally, there was a stock pitch. The Superday was extremely technical as there was bond math, fx questions, call/put scenarios, mental math, and deeper questions on whether you understood the markets. The stock pitch was a 30 minute time slot, 15 minutes for the pitch and 15 minutes for questions in front of three members of the team.
Interview Questions
If Company A's stock at maturity was $120, and you buy a call at $10 and the strike price is $100, but you also sell a put for $15 on Company B's stock that is trading at $95 at maturity where the exercise price is $90.

Interview
Three rounds, first with two analysts and a VP, second with three MDs, and last with the head of the division. They really were interested in getting to know who I was, why I am interested in the position, and ensuring that I understand what the position entails. I already felt a strong sense of mentorship from those I interviewed with and we honestly spent a lot of the interview talking about our genuine interests. Obviously, be prepared to answer the typical interview questions, but they want to hear about you and how you're a good match for the bank.
