Debt Capital Markets Intern

Two rounds of interviews, all conducted remotely because I was on a university exchange program.
- 1st round: a 30-minute interview, very challenging—covering current events, my knowledge of the profession and the market, and a few questions on fixed income.
- 2nd round: a 1-hour interview where I met the rest of the team (three separate 20-minute mini-interviews with each team member). It focused a bit more on cultural fit, though technical questions were still part of it, depending on the team members.
