Please describe the interview / hiring process.
-HR phone interview screen consisting of basic behavioral questions.
-Invited back for final round interview at office in NYC. Consisted of a 3 on 1 interview with MD, Associate and Analyst. Very laid back and few technical questions. Asked questions such as "why structured finance?" and "why credit agricole over a larger firm?". After meeting with team, met in person with HR. This was more behavioral questions, such as strengths and weaknesses.
