First thing you do is to complete the online application and finish the online tests (numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning). Later on, you will be invited to the first round interview. The format is 1 on 1 interviews with 3 junior bankers separately (for me, 2 associates and 1 VP), each will last for 40 min. The content is basically behavior questions (well, just chat actually, quite free), with some very easy technical questions. If you are successful, you will be invited to the final round interview (within a week or so), the format of which is exactly the same as the first round interview, i.e. 1 on 1 interviews with 3 bankers. Of course this time you will meet senior bankers (for me, 2 MDs and 1 SVP), and the conversations are really free. No technical questions for me. If you behave so well, you will receive offer in 2 days. If you don't, no worry. After the interviews in HK, HR will go to other cities, say NY, to conduct interviews for oversea candidates. They will make their final decisions after all the interviews are finished, so you will probably receive your offer within 1 month.
