Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Most hiring had been done and I was approaching december at that point with no real offers yet. I met somebody senior at a campus recruitment event and chatted for thirty minutes with him. Turned out he was more senior than I thought, and after he gave me his business card and I emailed, his PA sorted out rounds of interview the next day for a position they were going to create for me.
