1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through an employee referral for analyst position in the Mumbai Office (Investment Banking team). I was called in to the office for a super day, where i was interviewed by by most of the senior team (6-7 VPs / Directors). Most of the questions were around prior deal experience or were technical in nature.
One of the VPs discussed one of my prior hospital deals in detail, and also asked a few questions around key metrices.
Got through the rounds and I was subsequently scheduled to speak with 2 MDs. Those interviews were more around fit and motivation to join the team. Overall process took around 1 month.
