Please describe the interview / hiring process.
An internal recruiter reached out to me after reviewing my resume (submitted online). I interviewed at their office with two VPs. The next day I got an email from the recruiter that they'd like to set up an interview for the following week with another VP in London. I interviewed at their office via video conference with the VP abroad. Three weeks later I recieved an email that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy.
