Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Application was a club-only app that consisted of a resume drop. They scheduled a phone interview a week later. There were 3 rounds with analysts across different industries on the team ~30 mins each, mix of behavioural and basic business intuition questions. Lots of questions on past experience. Not much credit stuff
