Standard campus recruiting process: meet bankers during informationals and campus events, get invited to recruiting events, eventually making the closed list of first round inverview invitees.

First round interview consisted of one-on-one or two-on-one (two interviewers) with bankers. Questions varied, but always included fundamental corporate finance questions, plus asking about motivations for pursuing a career in IBD and specifically CS.

Final interviews were more fit/personality oriented, with a mild sprinkling of deal space or market awareness. Usually with MD or above senior bankers, often times two of them at the same time. Most bankers had reviewed resumes well in advance with specific questions related to your history. Also asked market awareness or dealflow related questions, such as asking about what deals you enjoyed following, and why.
