Credit Suisse (M&A)

I applied online, through their website. After a first CV screening, I got invited to a standard numerical test (SHL). Four days after the test I got an invitation for a first round two weeks later. No HR contact.
- First round: Three 1:1 interviews with junior analysts - pretty much straightforward fit questions (why banking, why CS, professional and academic experience related questions) and some technical questions (calendarization techniques, EV to Equity bridge) as well as one brainteaser
- Second round: Three 1:1 interviews with one second-year analyst, one third-year analyst and one associate. No fit questions but only technical questions about EV and Equity value, accounting, CAPEX investment and its effect on the three financial statements. Also asked about the sell-side process of a mandate.
- Third and last round: two managing directors, mostly fit questions.
