Equity Research Summer Analyst

I started out with applying for the position via OCR. I was later notified about an interview but due to bad weather, it would take place over video chat. I chatted with a Senior Analyst for about 30 minutes, most of which just consisted of talking about myself, past experiences, and questions for him. I was notified of a superday a few days later and flown to the New York office. There, I had 3 1-on-1 interviews with 2 associates and an analyst. Most of those interviews were conversational, talking about why I want to do Research, why CS, etc. The most challenging part was the stock pitch. The analyst grilled me about it but I happened to know enough.
