Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through a colleague who knew about the job. Was for one of the Senior Execs at the bank. 1st Phone Interview with HR, 2nd Interview with HR and person I would be replacing. Sr. Exec was out of country so I could not interview with them. Was hired on a trial period since there was a history of this person letting his EA's go. Was hired full time after trial.
