Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First Round was a phone a video interview . Very much interested in background and leadership experience. Most of the questions started off like Tell me about a time..... He didn't say much about himself and he was a general interviewer not necessarily anyone related to the group I would be placed in. Didnt hear back for about another two weeks.
