Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through college and got a phone/skype interview. The process was a bit messed up however. I was scheduled to have a skype-type of thing with the interviewer using Credit Suisse internal system. But the system was not working when I had the interview, and we ended up talking over phone. Then I was invited to the Superday and had two interviews.
