IBD Summer Analyst

Reached out to alumni from high school to get interview. It was difficult just to get the interview, but I made multiple trips to New York and made some common connections with a number of people. Ultimately it came down to networking for me since there is no active recruiting on my campus. Its been a great experience thus far, and the interview was entirely behavioral. It was very conversational and I felt like I was talking to a friend.
