Applied online and completed the Hireview (with optional coding questions) when the application opens around July.

Received invitation for two first-round interviews (one with the sales desk and one with the trading desk) at end-November and early-Dec.
I was asked to elaborate on what do traders do on the trading floor as detailed as possible. I was asked on some mental math questions such as approximating the square root of 8 million and converting fractions (5/8) into its decimal values (.625).

Heard back invitation to Superday (final round with the MD of the sales desk) at early-January. I was asked on my motivation of doing sales and what did I learn from my previous internships. Post the Superday, I got an additional HR round where the HR asked me multiple behavioral questions on my personality and previous experiences.

Received phone call verbal 2 weeks after Superday from the HR team.
