Applied online, invited to first round interview. Interview was very laid back. Started with a very general overview of resume, he would ask very general questions about your experiences. He then began four behavioral questions where he actively evaluated you on the spot. These questions are very simple such as "Give me a time when you had to sacrifice your goals for that of the others/team". Strong emphasis on GPA, community service, and extracurriculars as most people don't have work or internship experience. I believe there is only one round of interviews, but there are multiple waves of interviews. For example, I was in the first wave of interviews, but there will be at least two or more waves before decisions are made.
