The process was very quick. I had a phone interview on a Monday and then learned the next day I would be invited for an office interview either Thursday or Friday of that week. It ended up being a Friday. The interview day consisted of meeting with 4 bankers for around 30 minutes each. The nature of the interviews included both behavioral and technical type questions. Technical questions seemed more of a check the box exercise. It seemed to me real decision came from whether they felt you would be a good fit or not. The day ended with an LBO model exam, which also lasted around 30 minutes.
