Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was on campus through OCR. It consisted of 2 back to back 30 minute interviews. One of the interviews was with one person while the other one had two interviewers. The first interview (with one interviewer) was mostly behavioral and fit questions while the other interview was very heavy on technical questions. I stumbled on the technical questions and didn't get invited for a superday but my interviewers were great and TPH seemed like a great place to work for.
