Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Even though I was a first year student at that time and internships at CS are only thought for 4th semesters and up, I was able to get in an interview. A friend of me referred my to the campus recruiter who contacted me a few weeks afterwards to invite me to an interview with her, a Director and a MD. The interview consisted more or less of fit-questions (Why CS? Why should you be a good fit? Why this division?) and surprisingly I wasn't asked any questions about the markets/technicals. Interview in Switzerland are more focused on fit-questions than for example in Frankfurt due to the culture. Important to note is that the candidate for an internship should not be over-confident but still be able to sell his skills in a good manner.
