Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Straight to two hour superday. Interview with 4 people 30 minutes each of varying level. Some fit and technical such as how do the financial statements connect, what does an investment banker do, and talk about the hours expected and size of the group. Relaxed environment and interviewed against 3 others with one spot available. Heard back within a few days and had a week to decide on the offer.
