Conducted interview through formal on campus recruiting. This consisted of rigorous recruiting and networking with bankers--on campus, Credit Suisse is known to be high-touch, meaning you have to meet many of their bankers and attend as many / all of the events they host. Following recruiting, an interview list is created and you are invited to interview. There are two rounds to the interview process. First round is usually with VP level banker, second round is two interviews, each with an MD. The MDs tend to be more qualitative in their interview focus--no technicals at all, but a lot for the first round--second round is mainly about fit.
