Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Credit Suisse held a few on-campus recruitment events where we could meet employees. Then we had to fill an application online which consisted of submitting a CV and a Cover Letter. Then we completed a numerical test. After that, I held 2 interviews 30 minutes long each back-to-back, competency-based with a few questions about commercial awareness. The first interview was with a Vice-President of IBD, the second was an associate from the HOLT group.
