Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through campus. About a month after applying, I received an email saying that I would have a two on one phone interview in two weeks. I have not heard back from them since (about two weeks ago).
I interviewed with a first year Analyst and a first year Associate. I am not sure if it was a coincidence, but I had something in common with both of the men who interviewed me. Both the Associate and I are from the East coast, and decided to go to California state schools for undergrad. Both the Analyst and I interned on Capital Hill. Both of the men were very nice, and I hope that I hear back from them with a positive response.
