So basically Credit Suisse in Zürich kicks off their recruiting season with a very selective event, called "Insight into Banking", which is kind of a like an Assessment Center, with a long group case study and then first round interviews at the end.

Normal apps are released just after. Successful event-goers are then asked to perform the same Cut-e style tests as the rest of the applicant pools, and are then invited to the final round, which lasts 5 hours and consists of an individual case study of 1 hour and 6 interviews of 30 minutes each with 1 break of 30 minutes. Then there is also a 1 hour HR interview in between. You meet whole range of people, from Analysts to Vice Presidents. Then you are told of the outcome within 2 weeks and given a few days to decide on it.

Technicals were very important and you had to be on point on everything from DCF to M&A models, with a very heavy focus on accounting and accounting concepts (deferred tax liabilities and all that stuff).
