Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and was invited by HR for a first-round interview in London. Assessment center with 3 1-on-1 for the first round, followed by an identical second round. Mix of fit and technical question although nothing too complex was asked. Topics of conversation were mainly interest in IB and eventually in specific groups; why IB; why CS; etc. HR got mixed up in-between 1st and 2nd round so that it took a bit longer than usual.
