Background Check
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Should be behavioral, have your story down as to why operations, why the bank you applied for, and examples of leadership. Show you can manage time effectively, as well as be organized. Computer skills are definitely something to highlight- if you can automate things using VBA definitely bring that up. I'd mention an interest in learning about how the whole process works, front-to-back, in order to gain a deeper understanding of a company.

In addition, don't show an interest in moving to the front office. I wouldn't even bring it up. In ops, they want 'lifers'...people that are in it for the long haul. Best to align yourself with that rather than be seen as someone who views ops as a stepping stone to trading, for example.
