Private Banking Summer Analyst

First it was a short phone interview with one of the employees. Then I was invited to the office, where I was interviewed by 3 bankers. The questions were mostly fit-based, that slowly led into casual conversation about our backgrounds, interests, views on current events, etc. The most important thing in a private banker is to have good social and communication skills, so this is what they assess.
