Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was already working closely with the team on several projects so the people know me. When there is a vacancy, they ringed me up for an phone interview with the hiring manager and his manager. Question were asked about understanding of APAC equity markets and my familiarity with the equity trading systems.
