First round interview was via Skype. Mostly fit questions: Why real estate? Why Credit Suisse? What interests you about the reit market? Walk me through your resume?
Superday: Credit Suisse has their own dedicated real estate investment banking recruiting process and it is accelerated (superdays are in mid-December). The process consisted of two one-on-one interviews with the head of REITs at CS and also a VP. Technical questions were run of the mill banking questions, with a few real estate specific questions thrown in.
