One on one interviews are a more of get to know you session and there were questions specific to roles and responsibility of the role you are applying for. Advice: During group interview: make sure not too overbearing, try to consolidate and structure everyone's arguments, show leadership. During Individual interview, research the bank well, be sure of the department you want and show genuine interest and good attitude.
