Sales Analyst Middle Markets Equities

I emailed the head of the sales desk in Atlanta a few times and he finally got my resume in front of someone at HR. I had a brief phone call with HR then I had a phone interview with the MD in Atlanta. I spoke with the MD several more times throughout the process as he kept me updated where I stood in the process. I had an in-person interview with the S&T team in Chicago (where I'm located) where I met with the head trader and some of the other sales team members. Good meetings all pretty laid back. The last round interview was in NYC where I met with 7 people including the head of US cash equities, an analyst, a trader and some of the other sales guys. The interviews were not all that difficult. Mostly trying to determine fit.
