Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied and was invited to take a timed exam. Read a bunch of figures, answer questions, etc. Also had to take a multiple choice "what would you do in this on-the-job scenario" sort of test.
Shortly afterwards, I had a 1-1 video interview. Same day after the interview, I was invited to an in-person superday a week from then. Got an offer 2-3 days later.
