Sales & Trading Summer Analyst

Referred through alumni and then HR contacted me to complete reading and math online testing. After 1 month or so, the office in NY contacted me to have a skype interview with a VP the next day that lasted for 30 minutes, based mostly on personality and fit questions. Why CS, why sales & trading, why history as a major. One month later, I was invited to the diversity program recruiting in S&T in NYC. They put me up in a nice hotel and gave us a nice dinner reception, getting MD to say nice things about CS. The next morning, 15 of us interviewed 1-on-1 for 3 rounds, talking to MD across equities / fixed income Sales and trading department. Again, mostly personality and Q&A. Not even news discussion or any thing finance specific.
