Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I initially was selected to do the Credit Suisse steps to success program, after attending the program a little less than a month later I was invited to apply for an S&T sophomore Summer Analyst role. The first interview, I was asked a few situational and knowledge based questions, the interviewer was really friendly. He was an associate sitting at a currency desk. About 2 weeks later I was invited for a final round interview. This interview consisted of two final round interviews with Managing Directors at the bank. These interviews were a bit situational and them "getting to know you" and a few knowledge based questions. About two weeks later, I received a call from HR about my offer.
