What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Applied online
2. Got a call by HR for a superday in London.
3. Had two interviews with VP's. These were a mix of fit/technicals.
4. After this round approx half of the people were dinged.
5. Three interviews with MD's from different desks. The interviews differed in terms of content. Some were very technical (i.e. walk me through the Fed's QE policy and its effect on your personal microeconomy).
6. Follow-up phone interview with an MD from a desk I didn't talk to.
7. Offer (I was the only one from my superday to receive an offer)
