Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied and did superday through a diversity program for junior summer internships. The superday behaviorals were straightforward, and the technicals focused on multiples, especially P/E ratio and interpreting high and low values within a financial context. Overall, smooth interview process and fast response. I would say behaviorals and personality are the determining factor, as the superday technicals were foundational and straightforward, so definitely practice for those!
