Typical online application with standard verbal and numerical tests. The verbal and numerical tests are challenging so do practice before attempting the real questions. The challenge wasn't in the questions themselves (most were relatively easy math questions) but rather in the time pressure. Many applicants don't finish on time. If you pass the verbal and numerical tests, first round interviews via phone or in person. If you pass that, then on to the superday with a few interviews back to back. Best advice for interviews is to prepare before hand, but don't memorize phrase for phrase and word for word because they will catch you on that. Be yourself and show personality.
