Summer Analyst

I had a contact at the firm who was an analyst. Additionally, I attended a coffee chat and the information session on our campus. There is a strong presence for my school at CS so I knew all the analysts. Got an interview where it is "first and final". Basically you go through 2 20 minute interviews and then they extend and offer. Interviews were very laid back and easy. The MD for our school is very relaxed and they don't ask you anything that isn't expected. Honestly, it felt like I was going through Greek rush all over again. It felt like they knew who they were going to take before the interviews at the dinner the night before. VERY collegial and laid back culture.
