What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was a fairly different first round interview process. 12 of us students were asked to dinner with people who were going to be interviewing us the following day.
For our interview, we were asked to build a comps table based on a company of our choosing on the TSE. We were not given any other information or guidelines. The first round was a 30 minute interview mainly based on that comps table, and rational behind all your numbers.
They called 3 of us that night inviting us to a super day two days later in toronto.
The super day consisted of 4 30-minute interviews with a mix of analysts, vp and an MD. It was not that hard of interviews with a mix of behaviorals/technicals.
