Summer Analyst

I was given seven days notice. The whole process involved just one assessment center. There were 11 others at my AC and half were sent home after the initial round of interviews in the morning. The two morning interviews were mostly competency and also tried to gauge how much you knew about the bank. In the afternoon, there were two more interviews with more senior people. These were a little more technical and there was a bit more grilling of my CV. There was also a case study which you read and answer questions on. Each interview, as well as the case study, lasted ~30 mins.
