Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Each year our school has an annual trip which takes place in NYC. It is highly selective and less than 2 dozen are selected. The trip consists of 4 days during which 15 large companies/banks are visited and students meet over 100 alumni. I connected with an alum and worked my way into an interview. It was a 1 on 1 interview, after which I was selected.
