Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, but then my school has a process and few spots in Super Days that they get reserved. There was an online test that they use to filter out the bottom x% of candidates. I had my first round interview over the phone, and it was a mix of behavioral and technical, focusing a lot on DCFs, equity value and levered cash flows. Then had a more technical phone interview the next day.
