Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted S&T general application by the early diversity deadline, and there was an automatic selection process for the women's diversity program (did not need to apply separately). Received phone screen and was selected into the program, where there were several webinars and lunch & learns covering firm culture, opportunities, interview preparation, and experiences of professionals in the division. Received accelerated superday as part of the program and got an offer.
