Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an employee referral, where I spoke with a high up alum who then passed me to an associate for an interview. Interview went very well, and I was referred to continue, however I accepted an offer before I learned of this (no ragrets). Culture seemed excellent as well as the people.
