What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 rounds interviews On campus - First round was virtual (Skype type) interview with a VP from the TMT group. Pure behavioral. Standard questions such as tell me about yourself, why Banking, Why CS, Why TMT, tell me about a time you resolved a conflict.
Got an invite to the second round on the same day- and the second round took place 2 days later.
Second (final) round consist of two back to back interview with two directors (on from TMT and another from another group). A mix of behavioral and pretty straightforward technical questions.
Timeline - first round on Tuesday, Second round on Thursday, final answer on Monday. All happen on campus.
