Summer Associate

Went through recruiting through our MBA program. I had met with the bankers throughout recruiting season for coffee chats, and was invited to interview for the first round. The first round went well; the questions are what you expect of the first round - some behavioral, and some technical - but nothing too complicated. I was called that same night by the associate in charge of recruiting to let me know that I had made it to superday, which was the next day. I had several rounds of interviews with various levels of bankers, and the whole interview lasted a few hours. Unfortunately, I did not get the summer position.
