Summer Associate

First round interview on campus followed by subsequent rounds in New York on super days. The interview consist ed of a few fit questions (standard why banking and strength/weakness). Interviewer appreciated being able to talk about an industry and companies that I followed confidently and led naturally into technical questions that dominated the interview. Technical questions included standard valuation methods, ratios typically used to analyze industries being discussed, using an M&A scenario to walk through valuation method. Questions to interviewer.
